Olugbenga Onabanjo is a visionary Nigerian entrepreneur, creative strategist, and real estate innovator with over 9 years of experience driving excellence across interior design, space transformation, and property development. With a unique blend of financial discipline, business leadership, and creative foresight, he has become a formidable force in Nigeria’s built environment.
A former banker turned trailblazing CEO, Olugbenga has successfully transitioned from the financial sector into construction and design, leveraging his background to build and lead two thriving companies:
- DecorEffect and Projects Ltd. (est. 2016): A full-service space finishing and interior design company delivering bespoke renovation and styling solutions for homes, offices, restaurants, hotels, and lounges. Under his leadership, DecorEffect has grown into one of Nigeria’s most trusted names in innovative interior transformation.
- Goldcrest Smart Homes Ltd.: A subsidiary focused on real estate development, structural builds, and residential fit-outs. Goldcrest specializes in crafting modern, functional living environments that meet the evolving demands of Nigerian homeowners and real estate investors.
